Modern Levantine with a London Soul
Born on Upper Street in 1996, we’re a family who never quite left the neighbourhood—only rewrote the menu. RE:1996 is our encore: Modern Levantine flavours, a dash of London attitude and that show-off puff bread taking centre stage. Same clan, same obsession with warm hospitality, just a fresh playlist of plates. Pull up a chair; if you’re not family yet, you will be by dessert.

OUR SIGNATURE
The Puff Bread (We call it just PUFF)
It breezes in, puffed-up and proud, then begs to be torn apart. Today it might be dusted with za’atar, tomorrow anise—either way it was born to dive into dips and mop up sharing plates. Photograph it, pull it, pass it round; just don’t call it “only bread.” It’s the headline act.
